The Company currently owns a majority interest in Zonda, Incorporated, a developer and manufacturer of unique diagnostic tests for the medical and non-medical markets. CLX and Zonda are working together to achieve FDA clearance for Zonda's rapid point of care test for chlamydia, so that it can be distributed in the United States. The chlamydia product has been sold in selected European markets for approximately three years.
CLX is also seeking to identify additional innovative products as potential acquisitions and opportunities for distribution relationships. CLX intends to acquire, license and distribute innovative medical diagnostic technologies that are ideally suited for further development, regulatory approval and distribution in the United States.
